Pre-sales manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead technical and pre-sales specialists.

Make sure that Prosoft Infrastructure up and running through the technical team.

Understand customers’ needs & provide them with presales consultation and recommend product & solutions based on their needs and budget

Provide and support customers with product Demo/Presentation and POC.

Project Management: starting from project scope of work till product implementation

Formulate and write (support and service,) contracts

Conduct competitors financial & technical market analysis

Provide technical and pre-sales assistance to business units managers to achieve their targets

Provide product knowledge assistance to Prosoft business development team

Delivered high-level technical and sales presentations to cover Product Introduction Support, Marketing and Competitive Information

Engage in -Train the Trainer- programs to provide technical knowledge, to transfer information to partners and customers.

Enable business partners to obtain required technical certificates in IBM software products

Work with sales and Business Partners to close deals, build messaging to win against competition, and Put Go-To-Market plan

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree of Engineering /Computer Science

10 years of experience in similar role

Strong knowledge of IBM /Red Hat /HCL products & solutions  

Project Management Certificate is a plus

Excellent Presentation skills

Time Management & Problem Solving

Strong Communication & Negotiation skills

Excellent Leadership skills

Very good English skills(written/verbal)
