Receive customers’ requests, understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare technical proposals and present POC (proof of concept) to the customers.
Responsible for RightFax implementation & installation process.
Conduct site visits when needed to provide technical support to the customers.
Configure and activate new license.
Flexibility to travel abroad.
Bachelor of Engineering / Computer Science.
3 to 7 years of experience in similar role.
MCSE certificate is required.
CCNA Certificate is a plus.
Good knowledge with VMware, VOIP concept and Microsoft SQL Database.
Security fundamentals.
Programming languages fundamentals.
Time Management & Problem Solving.
Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent English skills(written/verbal).
